Appointments and Cancellation Policy

Scheduling: Appointments can be made online or by calling us at (972) 294-6992.
Cancellations: We value your time and ours. If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, we require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice (or alternative timeline per clinic policy). Failure to cancel within this window or a “No Show” may result in a cancellation fee or forfeiture of your deposit.

Pricing and Payments

Pricing: We strive to offer accurate and competitive pricing strategies. However, prices listed on our Site are subject to change without notice. Tailored treatment plans provided during consultations will reflect final pricing.
